<div>So I’ve been in contact with Sylvan, and after a few emails they have given me a few quotes and quantities, but one thing I am not to sure about is that they said a box contains 2 x 15L so in total 30L. So before I write back to them asking what what the weight is I was just wondering if anyone could help me out with a couple things.</div>

<div>Secondly, on the mycelia website the spawn seem to be attached to different sorts of substrate, so do different suppliers use different substrates and does this effect the weight and quantity needed to inoculate your own substrate? Which is better inoculated grain or wood?</div>
