So Adam, does that mean sterilize the straw with boiling water will be the solution?

Just a curious question, how many times do you reuse the bag? do you clean it and sterilize those bags before reuse them again?

Antony: if adding wood pallet is your solution, any idea how to separate those pellet out of the ground? or just leave it there for future growth?
Did anyone try to get the water out by simple wash machine, i am guessing spinning for 1 mins should be good to get most water out. take a try. more simple
