Hello Adam, I am familiar with the requirement for a carriers license, consignment notes etc. Did they not ask what you are doing with the ‘waste’? Does the form ask for types of waste you are carrying? Does the EA in your region have a position paper on your activities? I have been asked to get such details as our NIEA has no idea how to view it!
